Before anything gets built, I want to know what problem we’re really solving. I look at the business, the people involved and the options on the table, then narrow them down to something worth making.
Websites, WordPress projects, digital tools and practical systems. I like making things that work properly and are straightforward for the people who use them.
A launch isn’t the finish line. I work on processes, coordination and delivery so that what we’ve built keeps improving and the team around it keeps moving.
